Shipping Policy
We require a street address for all orders; we do not deliver to PO Boxes.
If your address changes, please inform us before dispatch by emailinginfo@maisoncollective.com.au.
If an order is sent to the wrong address and returned, a redelivery fee may apply.
Additional freight charges may be required for remote areas or large/heavy orders.
A signed receipt or delivery docket is required upon delivery to confirm receipt.
If you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a card with instructions for re-delivery.
We offer different delivery options based on the size and fragility of your order. Additional freight charges may apply for remote areas or oversized items.
Delivery is to the ground floor only; home installation is not included.
Sydney, Melbourne & Brisbane Metro: 1-10 business days.
Other areas: Up to 14 business days.
For furniture orders, delivery is to your front door.
Our warehouse team will contact you to schedule a delivery date (Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM) once your order is ready.
A two-person delivery service for large or fragile items.
Unboxed items will be delivered to the ground floor only.
Our team will contact you within 5 business days to arrange a delivery date.
Delivery will take place within 12 business days after dispatch.
Couriers and delivery staff do not move furniture or other household items.
It is your responsibility to ensure a clear and accessible delivery path.
Delivery staff may use hand trolleys or other handling devices if needed.
