Product Variations

At Maison Collective, we take pride in offering designer-quality furniture crafted from premium materials such as solid oak, veneer, marble, and high-end fabrics. Due to the natural characteristics of these materials, slight variations in grain, texture, and colour may occur, making each piece unique.

Please Note:

  • Timber and fabric may have subtle differences in grain and colour.
  • Due to natural variations, a perfect colour match between samples and final products cannot be guaranteed.
  • Maison Collective does not take responsibility for dye lot variations or changes in fabric preference after delivery.

If you have any concerns about product variations, we recommend reaching out to our customer service team before placing an order.


Warranty Policy

Maison Collective provides a 12-month warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use.

How to Lodge a Warranty Claim

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please email us at [your email] within 24 hours of receiving your order. Be sure to include:

  • Your invoice number, name, and contact details
  • Photos of the issue, including:
    • A full shot of the product
    • Two close-up images of the defect
    • A full shot of the packaging showing any damage

Once assessed, we will repair or replace the item. If a replacement is unavailable, we will work with you to find an appropriate resolution.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear, including fabric pilling, minor scratches, or natural ageing.
  • Misuse, neglect, or improper care, including exposure to direct sunlight, excessive heat, or moisture.
  • Damage caused by commercial, rental, or non-residential use (our warranty applies to residential use only).
  • Variations in timber grain, fabric texture, or minor differences from showroom samples.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns are not accepted for change of mind.
  • If an item is found to be faulty, we will assess the claim and arrange a repair, replacement, or alternative resolution as needed.
